
SEPHORA APAC MEDIA EVENTS
I led the creative team in the creation of a regional media event toolkit to be disseminated across the APAC market. It needed to be flexible and scale based on region, venue location and budget.
Researching the brand and trends in the cosmetic and industry we developed the umbrella concept. This featured breakout areas for guest flow management and experience design to prolong guests attention.
Happening twice a year, the invitations are extended to media, MUAs, KOLs and celebrities. At the event, brand founders and experts present new products and interact with guests. Makeup influencers host flash makeovers, enabling guests to try out new products and feel pampered.
The event concept and designs were rolled out across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia.

Be surrounded by rhythm and reawaken your love for music. Feel the heartbeat pulse of the DJ spinning a brilliant tune on the “Main Stage” before a masterclass with makeup industry icons. You’ll find your favourite products at the brand campsite. Chill out backstage with the band for a “green room” photo opportunity. Find delicious craft food and drink in the festival market. Discover where your beauty beats.
